We also guarantee every product that we sell here on the internet or out of our full service fly shop. We offer a 30 day return policy on all non-defective items. If you’re not satisfied with a product that you purchased from you can simply call of retail store or send us an e-mail and let us know that you will be returning the item that you purchased. We keep a record of every transaction and will be waiting for the item to be returned to us and at that time will credit your credit card that you used for the purchase. At this time we will send you an e-mail or phone call to let you know that the item was received and your credit was issued back to the credit card. All items must be returned in non-defective condition and re-sellable and unused quality. We can also offer you a store credit for the amount redeemable at our retail sore in historic Chagrin Falls.
