Think Tacoma versus Tundra as the basis for the new men's PRO LT fishing waders: more than capable, just a little less beefy. Building on the success of the original PRO Waders—widely known as the industry’s most durable, puncture-resistant ever—the PRO LT Waders feature a proprietary, full four-layer CORDURA® shell. That’s the exact same four-layer fabric as in the original PRO Waders that nearly made our warranty claim department grind to a halt. A gusseted crotch and low-profile seam construction give you easy, non-binding movement for hopping boat gunnels and downed trees, and the waders easily convert to a waist-high via the adjustable elastic suspenders with opposing buckles, when the day gets warm and you need to chill. A sizeable, stretchy external pocket at chest is ideal for stuffing a hand or two inside for a quick warmup between casts, with a flip-out accessory pocket for valuables. Floatant, hemos, and hook sharpeners stand at the ready right where you’d reach for them, given the external, rubberized tool-docking tabs and daisy chain. Lower down, we’ve even streamlined the padded 3mm OrthoLite® knee pads for more casting comfort when you’ve gotta drop into low-pro stealth mode to make that presentation to spooky fish. Also streamlined for less water drag, the PU-reinforced gravel guards feature a hidden snap to keep them securely affixed to your wading boots. Modern, anatomically correct 3.5mm neoprene booties round out the new design, giving you contoured comfort that won’t bunch up at the toe. All told, we’ve taken hours of input from some of the industry’s most trusted guides and veteran anglers to create what stands to become the most durable, yet nimble, warmer-weather system built specifically for bushwhacking.
