Here are our shipping policy and additional information to help you make the most informed decision about your orders. Note: We only ship within the United States.

• Ground shipping rate (2 to 5 days) $2.99 for orders up to $24.99
• Ground shipping rate (2 to 5 days) $5.99 for orders between $25.00 and $49.99
• Standard ground shipping (2-4 days) $9.99
• Express ground shipping (1-2 days) $19.99

We ship from Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. For your convenience, we typically ship orders received by Noon Eastern Time on the same day. Our delivery times are quoted in 'business days,' which means weekdays, excluding holidays, starting the day after our ship date.
We strive to keep our operations smooth and timely, so you can rely on us for consistent and dependable service.
We only apply Ohio sales tax to orders that ship within our state. Orders shipping out of state will not include a sales tax.
Important: You are responsible for any mistakes made regarding entering addresses on both online and phone orders. A confirmation is e-mailed immediately at the time the order is placed, and it is your responsibility to contact us immediately if any corrections are necessary.
Some packages will be considered "oversized" and will be charged an "oversized item" shipping charge. These items do not qualify for free shipping.

Return policy
Merchandise purchased at full price, accompanied by original packaging and tags, is eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its original tags.
Certain categories of merchandise are not eligible for return. Specifically, magazines and books are non-returnable.
Additional non-returnable items:

• Products on sale
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Store Credit
There may be situations where you are granted store credit. In order to use it when shopping online, first, you need to log onto our store entering your email using the My Account feature. Then enter the 6 digit code that will be emailed to you right away. You have 15 minutes to enter the code. At this point, you will be able to see your store credit at checkout and apply it to your online purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
